OUR STORY
In Harmony™ was built from a simple conviction: mission-driven organizations deserve more than a consultant who handles one piece of the puzzle and hands it back.

Over more than a decade of work with nonprofits, Greek-letter organizations, foundations, community initiatives, and small businesses, our founder recognized the same pattern again and again - organizations strong in one area but disconnected in others. Clear mission, unclear message. Great leadership, no documented legacy. Beautiful programs, no brand to carry them forward.

In Harmony™ was created to close that gap.

Today, we bring communication strategy, leadership development, legacy preservation, branding, and program design together under one firm - so organizations don't have to stitch together five different consultants to get the full picture.

OUR FOUNDER
Brandi C. Harmon, MAT, Ed. S.
Founder & Principal Consultant
Brandi is a strategic consultant, brand developer, program designer, and organizational historian with more than a decade of experience working alongside mission-driven organizations.
​
Her work spans Greek-letter organizations, nonprofits, foundations, educational institutions, and community initiatives. She brings a unique blend of expertise in communication, leadership development, historical documentation, branding, and program design.
​
Brandi holds a Master of Arts in Teaching (MAT) and an Education Specialist (Ed.S.) degree, with advanced doctoral work in Educational Leadership. Her background in education, communications, and leadership gives her the ability to see the big picture while executing the details that drive real impact.
