No physical product will be shipped.

Upon completion, your website will be transferred to your Wix account (or published directly to your existing Wix account) and all supporting documentation will be delivered electronically via email.

Your completed project includes:

• Supporting documentation

• Project completion confirmation via email

Product Information

• Professionally designed and developed on the Wix Studio/Wix Platform.

• Website is custom designed specifically for your organization and is not created from a generic template.

• Client is responsible for maintaining an active Wix Premium Plan and domain subscription (if applicable).

• Website design begins after payment and receipt of all required content, photos, branding assets, and completed onboarding forms.

• Standard turnaround is approximately 2–4 weeks, depending on project scope and client responsiveness.

• Additional pages, advanced functionality, e-commerce, booking systems, membership features, and custom integrations are available for an additional fee.

• Minor revisions are included as outlined in your service agreement.

Return & Refund Policy

Because every branding project is custom designed specifically for your organization, all sales are final.

Due to the nature of digital creative services, refunds cannot be issued once work has begun.

If a project has not yet entered the design phase, cancellation requests may be considered at the sole discretion of In Harmony, LLC. Any consultation fees, deposits, or completed work are non-refundable.

Each branding package includes the revision rounds outlined in your selected package to ensure your final design meets your expectations before final approval.
