Premier Chapter Digital Suite™

Payment Terms

The Premier Chapter Digital Suite™ requires a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your project and begin the design and development process.

The remaining 50% balance is due upon final client approval and before the website is transferred or published to your Wix account.

All website pages, portal features, branding assets, and requested functionality will be completed and presented for review prior to final payment. Once the final balance has been received, In Harmony, LLC will:

• Transfer ownership of the completed website to the client's Wix account (or publish it to the client's existing account).

• Deliver all applicable digital assets included in the selected package.

• Execute the Intellectual Property Release & Transfer Agreement, where applicable.

• Provide website administrator training and project completion documentation.

Until the final balance has been paid in full, all website designs, source files, branding assets, content, and related materials remain the exclusive intellectual property of In Harmony, LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, published, or transferred.

Project timelines may be adjusted if client content, approvals, or payments are delayed.

Product Information

• The Premier Chapter Digital Suite™ is a fully customized website solution built exclusively on the Wix Studioplatform for Greek-letter organizations, foundations, and nonprofit organizations.

• This package includes the design and development of a custom website with up to twenty-two (22) professionally designed pages, tailored to your organization's structure, programs, and branding.

• A FREE Business Visual Identity Rebrand™ is included with this package. The rebrand includes a Primary Logo, Secondary Logo, Wordmark, Brand Icon, curated brand color palette, typography recommendations, brand style guide, high-resolution files, editable source files, and Intellectual Property transfer upon final payment.

• A secure Private Member Portal is included and may feature member-only resources, leadership documents, downloadable files, forms, committee workspaces, announcements, and other protected content customized to your organization's needs.

• Website features may include custom forms, event calendars, photo galleries, donation pages, scholarship information, affiliate pages, historical content, blogs, news, and additional functionality based on your organization's requirements.

• Clients are responsible for providing all website content, branding assets, photographs, documents, logos, and organizational information necessary for development.

• Following purchase, an onboarding email will be sent with instructions for content submission, project scheduling, and access to your client workspace.

• Website development begins after payment has been received and all required project materials have been submitted.

• Client is responsible for maintaining an active Wix Premium Plan, domain registration, and any required Wix or third-party subscription services unless otherwise specified.

• Basic website administrator training is included upon project completion to ensure your team can confidently manage and update the website.

• Upon completion, the website will be transferred to the client's Wix account or published directly to their existing Wix account.

• Standard project completion is approximately 6–10 weeks, depending on project scope, requested functionality, and the timely submission of client materials.

Delivery Information

This is a digital service. No physical product will be shipped.

Following payment confirmation and receipt of all required branding information:

• Design work will begin according to your scheduled project timeline.

• Final branding packages are typically delivered within 1–2 weeks, depending on project scope and client responsiveness.

• All completed files are delivered electronically via a secure download link sent to the email address provided at checkout. Deliverables include high-resolution files, editable source files (when applicable), and brand documentation.

• Intellectual Property (IP) ownership transfers upon receipt of final payment and execution of the Intellectual Property Release & Transfer Agreement.

Please ensure your email address is accurate, as all communication, project updates, proofs, and final deliverables will be sent electronically.

Return & Refund Policy

Because every branding project is custom designed specifically for your organization, all sales are final.

Due to the nature of digital creative services, refunds cannot be issued once work has begun.

If a project has not yet entered the design phase, cancellation requests may be considered at the sole discretion of In Harmony, LLC. Any consultation fees, deposits, or completed work are non-refundable.

Each branding package includes the revision rounds outlined in your selected package to ensure your final design meets your expectations before final approval.
