This policy outlines how engagements are structured, scheduled, and billed — ensuring every session is productive, professional, and aligned with your organizational goals. By booking a session, you agree to these terms. INTRODUCTORY SESSION Every new client relationship begins with a complimentary 30-minute Introductory Session designed to: Clarify your organization's current challenges and goals Introduce In Harmony™'s approach, frameworks, and service offerings Determine whether a formal engagement is the right fit Outline potential next steps and scope The Introductory Session is a one-time courtesy extended to each new client or organization. It is not repeatable and may not be transferred or applied to future billing credits.
